year career has made him a prominent full-
wastewater systems expert, Mr. Egarian was a member of a United States Delegation to the People’s Republic of China
wherein he served as consultant for the technological transfer of various sewerage and solid waste systems. It is in his
ability to balance creativity and cost-
carriers, published author for his expertise, educator, inventor of patented deliverables and one of the most respected
land use engineers based out of New Jersey.
Mr. Egarian has expertise in mechanical-
land use expert specializing in residential, commercial and industrial projects, Mr. Egarian also performed substantial
consul for multiple claims of mechanical, electrical and plumbing arising from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in both
New York City and New Jersey respectively.
Mr. Egarian thrives on sharing his experience to others. He was an engineering instructor for the New Jersey Planning
Officials/Department of Community Affairs, Pratt Center for Continuing Professional Engineering Institute for Design
Professionals and taught a course entitled “Land Use Engineering” for continued education/professional development
hours in New York.
Mr. Egarian received his BS in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and his MBA in Corpo
rate Finance from Rutgers University.

industry. His skills include project management, information collection and analysis, the identification and comprehen
sion of complex technical and financial issues, client and vendor negotiation and problem solving. He has provided engi
neering and operation services to multiple municipalities across the state of New Jersey and has experience with devel
opment of Standard Operating Procedures, asset management, water and wastewater monitoring system improvements,
corrective and preventive maintenance, capital construction projects, and corrosion control. He consistently manages
projects to meet timeframe and budget constraints and ensures the work is completed to the highest standards.
Robert Roselli, P.E. | Project Engineer
A land use engineer and consultant with a concentration in water and wastewater systems, Robert Roselli is licensed to
practice in New Jersey, New York and Connecticut. Since 2010, Robert Roselli has worked as a project engineer for
New Jersey based firm D.J. Egarian & Associates.
Whether performing stormwater analysis for 90 substation sites throughout New York as a Con Edison consultant, work
ing on a complex commercial stormwater site plan design for Newark’s Container Port, designing a water booster pump
station for Washington Township’s MUA or performing preliminary design work for Whitlock Packaging Corporation,
Mr. Roselli’s nearly twenty years of experience make him an invaluable asset on any jobsite.
Mr. Roselli received his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Vanderbilt University, while obtaining his M.S. in Civil Engi
neering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
